Photo taken 20th April 2002 on Highway 3, the main route between Udon Thani and Nong Khai - about 15km south of NK.
Clearly a fresh wreck, the Thai sign on windshield reveals
that it was placed by the police, to show the end result of drink/driving. Just
visible in the photo is a dressed dummy hanging out of the window, holding a
bottle.
Personally, I feel that western Police forces could learn a thing or two here....
